The Green Learning Community is an open space for all interested people to come together to discuss environmental sustainability initiatives in the ceramics field. The Green Learning Community holds regular monthly gatherings for the wider clay community, including studio artists, educators, professionals, students, hobbyists - anyone interested in ceramics and sustainability. There are no dues, attendance or experience requirements. Participants discuss and educate each other about clay-centered environmental concerns. Attendees are invited to report on projects they are engaged in, ask questions regarding environmentally friendly practices and make connections to resources and peer support. Usually we have different topics each month, gathering on zoom the third Friday of each month, at 11:30 Easter Standard Time. Please register to receive the zoom link for the meeting.
